Well seeing as not one of the 75 Cardiff County Councillor's had the decency to even acknowledge the first email to them, I decided to send them another this time I forwarded to another of those email accounts I've had to open in order to not have my emails blocked, so its not lost like the first one. (We live n learn eh Crazydave) Oh yes!
So to cut to the chase this is what they had:
Hi Everybody
I emailed all 75 of you Cardiff County Councillors on the 10th June 2008, it is now the 17th June 2008 and so far no of you have even had the decency to just acknowledge the email. Are you all so busy.
Unfortunately I lost the email due to the libary computer doi8ng its half an hour thing. But that will not be the case with this one. That the current situation that I have been living under has been ongoing since 2002, I can only presume that the criminal negligence shown to me so far by cardiff County Council is now encompassing you all.
I guess that will show itself with a response to this email. I hope that some of you have looked at the Rent Revenue Account blog and video, I wonder if you have all been fobbed of with all manner of excuses as to why a set of accounts has not been produced ''As if the councils housing stock was now in the hands of a housing association'' and what that would mean to the end of year balance. I believe it would be up by £30 million, that would have meant over time there would have been enough money to invest in housing so that vulnerable adults would not be housed in unsuitable accomdation for their needs.
It seems to me that while the physically disabled have their specific needs met those who suffer with mental health issues are totally ignored. My own plight reflects that reality perfectly, or why am I still sat infront of this computer now attempting to solicit some help!!!!
I believe that enough for now seeing as I have to send this to you all. I trust some of you might just take on board that the method of Rateable Valueing this property might just be a tad wrong considering how the water companies make so oh so much more profit out of it, when its confirguration in no way is likely to increase ussage to the degree of the increase i charge that the water company can make.
It is my hope that one day the letting of substandard properties like the current one will be outlawed for the health n welfare of both the upstairs and downstairs tenants.
Yours David Gabriel aka Crazydave see http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com/ or iamcrazydave on youtube
SO THAT WAS THAT. But it seems that this latest email has at least prompted a few responses, to which I have replied. So for the record I am going to copy paste that correspondence here, but before I do that I am placing the Connect2Cardiff emails here, the first message sent via the councils system was promptly responded to but the follow up emails sent have been totally ignored I wonder why Chief Constable, its not as if the information requested is taboo now is it, or am I right in assuming that they have been told to ignore any further emails from me????
This was recieved on the 23rd May 2008:
Dear Mr Gabriel
Thank you for contacting Connect to Cardiff.
I have forwarded your complaint to the waste management department who will get someone from enforcement to contact you regarding the dumped rubbish. Also in regards to the criminal damage, this will need to be reported to the police through the 101 service. If you dial 101 on the phone they should be happy to take your report of criminal damage and investigate this for you
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, John DummettConnect to Cardiff Cardiff County Council County Hall Atlantic Wharf Cardiff CF10 4UW email c2c@cardiff.gov.uk
SO I SENT THEM THE FOLLOWING ON THE 28th MAY 2008:
thank you for the reply
Hi
Sorry you did not get a reply from any Councillor to your earlier e-mail. We operate on a Ward basis and you have not included details of which Ward you live in. I very much doubt any of us have time to look at your blog (imagine what would happen if everyone with a problem did this and expected us to research their case by examining their blogs etc.) You need to spell out your difficulty clearly and concisely and contact, in the first instance, the Ward Councillors for the area you live in.
If you do not get help there, and if this is a housing matter, then you need to address your problem to Cllr Judith Woodman who is the politician in charge of housing at Cardiff County Council.
If you have a serious complaint and you feel you have not been dealt with according to the rules, you can write to the Local Government Ombudsman and make a complaint with them
Yours sincerely
Ralph Cook

UPDATE 19TH JUNE 2008
As one of the Usual Suspects to all of this is the IPCC or the Independant Police Complaints Commission I thought that I would point out that having to open new email accounts in order to by pass their blocks to my emails has been a necessity. Genarally I get one to by-pass their system before they block it and this is by way of proof of that. As you can see this one was recieved by me on the 7/3/08

So much for their scrutiny of complaints of Criminal Negligence that South Wales Police have failed repeatedly to act upon. Eh Chief constable Eh Prime Minister.
On the Usual Suspects email copy of the not updated blogs I added this:
Hi Everybody
here is a copy of my latest blog, some of you might find the content of interest based on past experience though I doubt that any of those with the power to alter my situation will raise a finger. Funny how the media havent gotten around to publishing what the cost of David Davies stunt is going to be, or have they??? all it takes is a phone call to his county council I would guess, and should he be liable for the cost, seeing as its a pointless gesture on his part, we all know that the OTHER PLACE will not pass this 42 day nonsense. What are we living in Stalin's Russia or are the Politicians the Tzars of this day and age?????????????????????????????????
UPDATE OVER
UPDATE 25TH JUNE 2008
Hi everybody
just to let you know it's been a fortnight since I first started emailing the 75 member's of Cardiff County Council and so far only 4 have had the decency to reply, just to acknowledge their receiving the email and saying that they would investigate the situation.
Here is a copy of the latest from Jacqui Gasson you would think that in an age when the Open Univercity provide internet access for students who qualify for such aid. Then the least we can have is councillors given the same seeing as email is the early 21st Century mode of correspondence instead of snail mail.
Her is her reply plus I sent a copy of this without this update in the hope of enlightening her on a few of the issues. So far Connect2Cardiff have not replied, maybe I'll try their system to see if I get one that way rather than via direct email.

Dear Mr Gabriel,
Further to your email dated 17th June 2008 I will respond as follows:-
1. I do not have email at home, so am reliant on Members Service to forward them to me which takes two or three extra days.
2. I do not respond to emails sent to all and sundry.
3. I have got no idea of your address.
4. I have got no idea of your problem.
5.In the first instance you should take up your problem with your Ward Councillors (I do not know where you live, whether you live in my Ward or not).
6.Finally, if you have a justified case of complaint you can take this to the Local Government Ombudsman.
Yours sincerely,
